Our Quality Assurance department ensures all part features and dimensions meet or exceeds required specifications by utilizing CMM inspection equipment.
The Quality Assurance personnel at Axxis Machine Corp. is responsible for inspecting all production from incoming raw material, first piece, in process, and final inspection. Axxis Machine is fully integrated with the latest inspection equipment including CMM inspection, Statistical Analysis Software, and in-process Epicor data collection. Axxis Machine quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2008 compliant.
The Quality Assurance personnel are an integrated part of every phase of the manufacturing process at Axxis Machine, from the initial review of customer requirements, through the DRT (Design Review Team) product approval, and production. We provide this support throughout Axxis Machine using state-of-the-art equipment and an Epicor Data Collection System. The Quality Assurance Department at Axxis Machine does everything possible to make sure all specifications and requirements are met for our customers.
